The prices quoted on our website by the solicitors do not include disbursements. Where disbursements are applicable you will receive a client care letter from the solicitor indicating what legal costs are likely to be incurred and any disbursements.
How does the 5 star rating work?
Once the work which you have been quoted for has been concluded, you should give feedback about the solicitor. This can be done by going into "Your Cases" and selecting "More Information". Once you have selected "More Information" this will summarise the case, the answers you gave and the firm you used. You will then select at the bottom from four possible areas "5 star ratings", rating from poor to excellent. Please rate your chosen solicitor as you feel appropriate, based on your experience. This feedback will then be averaged into an overall single 5 star rating which will be presented on the main website for other prospective clients of that legal firm to assess how good or bad that legal firm in providing its services to clients.
